Hugo became a member of our family in June 2021.
We found him together with a few other four-legged friends on a garbage dump, which he had inhabited for some time.
He got along well there and at sight of a human always hoped to be able to turn his back on life there. Now he should finally get the opportunity and feel the great sides of a dog’s life.
Hugo is a bright, medium sized male who is very good with other dogs.
He loves to explore new environments and observes them very closely before engaging in play with other dogs or petting a new human.
He enjoys being petted by humans and senses how much catching up is needed.
He is a very relaxed and calm dog who would undoubtedly make a good companion for a person with a quiet everyday life.
He needs extensive walks in nature and new environments on a regular basis as he loves to gather impressions.
He would be happy as a single as well as a second dog.
There are other ways of helping our dogs! Fostering increases their chances of finding their perfect match, whereas sponsoring allows us to never worry about how we will collect the necessary monthly funds for food, kennel, and medical bills.
